Ah, Foods of Spring!

The spring season has come in strong with an early harvest of spinach, arugula, swiss chard, salad greens, pea shoots, radishes, green onions and many herbs all available these last two weeks at the Boulder Farmer’s Market.

Our menu reflects all these wonderful spring ingredients with such menu items as Jim’s Swiss Chard Raviolis made with local Fruition Sheep’s Milk Ricotta, Farmer Market Special Salads, Halibut served on Red Veined Spinach and sauteed Pea Shoots, and first of the season Wild Salmon served with Fresh Parsley Vinaigrette.
