A fine dining tradition in Boulder for more than 30 years, the Boulder Cork has the skill, experience and community connections to offer the absolute highest quality ingredients prepared in a way that lets the food speak for itself. Opened in 1969, the Cork has seen many changes over the years, from an expanded dining area to an ever-evolving menu to the regularly changing local artwork on the warm wood and brick walls. Yet the hallmark of what has enabled the Cork to last – the best local ingredients prepared by a chef with more than 30 years’ experience  — remains true.
