It’s with this attitude that the culinary team at the Boulder Cork craft the fine dining creations on our ever-evolving Chef Specials menu. Chef is able to draw on both the abundant, diverse and rich offerings of local farmers, as well as his own creativity and experience, to develop exciting, unique dishes featuring the freshest ingredients and the touch only highly experienced chefs can offer. In addition to our regular menu offerings, the fine dining specials at the Boulder Cork highlight ingredients and produce that are at their freshest each season. Using inspiration from his travels across the country and the world, Chef Smailer brings a unique take to seafood, steaks, pasta and more that will pique your interest and your taste buds.
