Chef is able to draw on both the abundant, diverse and rich offerings of local farmers, as well as his own creativity and experience, to develop exciting, unique dishes featuring the freshest ingredients and the touch only highly experienced chefs can offer. In addition to our regular menu offerings, the fine dining specials at the Boulder Cork highlight ingredients and produce that are at their freshest each season.
