“An Evening at the Boulder Cork”
Foodies and animal lovers will join forces for a special evening at the Boulder Cork on Thursday, March 8, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. The renowned and longtime Boulder fine-dining restaurant will serve a four-course meal featuring humanely raised foods.
The menu for “An Evening at the Boulder Cork” will be specially selected and crafted by Head Chef Jim Smailer, who is celebrating his 30th year as Head Chef at the Cork. Chef Smailer was a local pioneer in using humanely raised and locally sourced products for his culinary creations at the Cork.
